Most frequent questions and answers

Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, however, we suggest you to book your trip in advance. Our activities fill up quickly, especially during the peak season, June to August and on weekends. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 min earlier to complete your check–in.You can make a reservation through our webpage, writing directly to our email info@me2outdoor.com or calling us at (+386) 40 911 598.

For most of our activities, our meeting point will be at our base at Camp Nadiza, unless, we establish a different place when the reservation is placed.

Season starts the 15 of March and ends on the 31 of October.

You can pay cash in our office at Camp Nadiža on the day of the activity, or make a bank transfer before the activity.

We want everybody to enjoy their day, which is why we have a wide range of activities that include most ages. Check our important information section on each activity for specifics. Healthy senior citizens can enjoy outdoor sports at all levels.

For water activities, you should know how to swim, although, we offer a range of water experiences appropriate for nearly all ages and abilities. Several trips are meant for non great swimmers. Life jackets are mandatory on every outing and are designed to help keep your head above water. In addition, we will provide neoprene wet suits, splash jackets, booties and helmets.

If you want to go paragliding, the minimum weight is 35kg and the maximum weight 100kg. Every activity has a minimum age to respect and a legal tutor should accompany minors.

There are no medical restrictions from our side, unless you are pregnant. If you have serious back, injuries, cardiac problems, etc., if you need to take any kind of medication during the activities or if you have any significant allergies, it is important to let us know to adapt the activities to your needs.

You know your body and health better than us, so always think on that first.

You will need to bring a bathing suit and a towel, for canyoning, do not forget sports shoes. If you are doing land or air activities, just bring comfortable sports clothes and shoes, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment.

It’s very important that you remember to bring any medication you would normally carry on with you (e.g. Ventalin, Antihistamines, Insulin, etc.).

Phones are not allowed, you can bring a GoPro or similar kind of camera. However, traditional cameras are not allowed as they are a distraction while paddling and can prompt to accidents. We will take photos and short videos for you, and we will send them via we-transfer. You can download the photos within 7 days from the day that you received the e-mail. The photos are included in the price and is our way to thank you for choosing us.

We offer transport from our meeting point to the river and back.

Depending on the size of the raft and the customers, we can fit 4 to 8 passengers plus one guide. The pack-rafts are singles.

If you are thinking on doing a water activity, keep in mind that you are going to get wet; and it is unbelievebly fun!

Many people have taken multiple trips and never fallen in the water and some people swim on their first trip. It’s all a part of the adventure. If you pay attention and listen to your guide, the chances of falling out of the raft or pack-raft are smallers.

Water activities are going on also in the rain; you will end up wet anyway. As well as the visit of Adrenaline park Srnica. Paragliding and paintball are not doable while raining. We can change our schedule if we think that the weather is too extreme to perform safely any activity.

Yes, please do. Your guide works hard to ensure that you have a fun, yet safe adventure, and they appreciate being tipped. If you feel your guide has done a good job, feel free to tip them. €5 to €10 per person is widely accepted as the industry norm; tipping is always appreciated but never expected.
